We ship all packages from Alabama. 

All US orders ship free over $100! 

Our current processing time to ship item(s) out is 2-7 business days. Excluding weekends and holidays. 

This turn around time doesn’t include preorders. Please refer to items listing to ensure correct turn around time.  

Due to our volume and fast processing time we can not cancel orders, especially preorders unless outside of turn around time. 

Once you received shipping notification, please allow up to 48 hours for it to be updated. 

We are Not responsible for lost or stolen packages, if you are having trouble with your tracking please contact us so we can try to help! 

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes for their packages. 

All preorders will have estimated shipping dates in item title/description that should be stated on your order receipt.

We will usually respond to you within 24 business hours to resolve any issues or to answer any questions you have! During the weekends, answer times may be delayed.

Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm.
