*You can NOT cancel an order once placed.*

Refunds

We accept returns/refunds on defective items ONLY.

Damaged items must be reported within 7 days of receiving item(s). 

To initiate a return: 

  • Visit /apps/parcelpanel-returns 
  • Submit a return request, you will need your order number ready. 
  • If approved, you will download return label & print it off. 
  • Pack all item(s) & attach return label to package. 
  • Item(s) must be in original condition with tags, unworn & original packaging it was in. 
  • Drop your package off at your local USPS.
  • Once we receive the package & inspect it, we will send a follow up email if refund is approved or not. 

    Items must be in original condition, unworn and unwashed with tags in original packaging. 

    We Do Not accept exchanges. 

    You will not be charged for any returns. We will cover shipping back to us. 

    Packages that are sent back for wrong address, refused package, non-deliverable, etc will be subject to $7 fee. Please ensure your address is correct at check out. 

    You will receive your refund once item(s) is received by us and inspected, we will send an email with approval or rejection once processed within 7 business days of us receiving item. Refunds are issues back to original form of payment. 

     

    Shipping

    We ship all packages from Alabama. 

    All US orders ship free over $100!

    Our current processing time to ship item(s) out is 2-7 business days. Excluding weekends and holidays. 

    *This turn around time doesn’t include preorders. Please refer to items listing to ensure correct turn around time.*

    Due to our volume and fast processing time we can NOT cancel orders, especially preorders unless outside of turn around time. 

    Once you received shipping notification, please allow up to 48 hours for it to be updated. 

    We are Not responsible for lost or stolen packages, if you are having trouble with your tracking please contact us so we can try to help! 

    Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes for their packages. 

    All preorders will have estimated turn around time in description.

    We accept orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

    We will usually respond to you within 24 business hours to resolve any issues or to answer any questions you have! During the weekends, answer times may be delayed.

    Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm.
