Why do my items fit differently?

During every production cycle, we continuously refine our products based on customer feedback. Fabric measurements may vary by 1-5cm due to seam allowance and the delicate nature of the material. We frequently enhance snaps, zippers, and small details to uphold the highest quality standards in line with current production norms.

Pre-order Shipping Times

PREORDER items will be shipped within the estimated timeframe specified in the item description. Please note that these dates are not guaranteed and do not adhere to our standard 2-7 day processing window.

This also applies to minky blankets as they are made to order, which have a 10-25 business day turn around time.

How should I care for my bamboo?

•Cold water

· Gentle cycle

· Minimal amount of a gentle detergent free of optical brighteners

· Turn off agitator, if that is an option

· Include only other bamboo fabrics

· Should be washed inside out, zipped/buttoned up to decrease pilling and prevent potential damage to fabric

We don't recommend using the dryer. We recommend hanging or laying flat to dry.
