Your Little Shop shipping and return policy

REFUNDS/RETURNS: 

Your Little Shop will accept returns within 48 hours of order delivery. There is a 15% restocking charge for all returned orders. Item must be in original condition

    • Items cannot be washed or worn, and must be in it's original packaging. 
    • Items sent back that have been washed or worn will not be accepted, and will be shipped back at the customer's expense. If the customer does not pay return shipping, the item will be donated. 
  • All refunds are issued back to the original payment method or store credit.
  • Shipping costs will not be refunded.

Incorrect or Damaged Goods: Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival if you find an item is defective or damaged please email us within 48 hours. Returned defective/damaged merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise if available. Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 48 hours after receipt. If your merchandise is damaged or incorrect upon arrival, save all contents and packing materials. 

Exchanges: Exchanges are only offered for damaged items.

Canceling/Changing Your Order: Due to our size and efficient fulfillment, we move pretty quickly, so we cannot guarantee that your order can be cancelled or altered after it has been placed. You may contact us as soon as possible to see if your order has already started to be processed. In the event that it has not, we will be more than happy to make changes to it within 24 hours.

SHIPPING: 

Ready to ship items

Will be shipped out within 2-7 business days, this does not include holidays or weekends.(Please make sure to join my VIP group; Your Little Shop VIP, I update turn around time if I have a vacation coming up or if I will be out of work. Days I have planned for being out of office will not count towards turn around time.) 

Preorders

4-6 week turn around time from when preorder CLOSES.  Preorders with new drops open every Monday and close every Friday at 5pm cst.  Turn around time would not start until that Monday.  I give myself enough time if there are any shipping delays, I quality check EACH item when received and ship to you, this turn around time is an estimate and times can be shipped earlier than expected, I plan to ship these out as soon as I receive and can quality check. Please don’t email/message me asking when your order will be here if it’s before the 6 week mark. I will keep my VIP group updated on shipments as much as I can.

We accept orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

We will usually respond to you within 24 business hours to resolve any issues or to answer any questions you have! During the weekends, answer times may be delayed.

Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm. We may or may not approve accounts on the weekends.
